6174281 event marked with vertical orange line. Quite geomagnetic situation during the event.

Vertical geophone, hourly multistrips. 6174281 event marked with vertical arrow, followed by seismic wave.

Induction coil,
6174281 event marked with white arrow. Schumann Resonances on left part. Two strong wide band noises of local origins precedes the earthquake: they might look like precursors but they are not, and we will see later the reason. Wind shakes the coil after 10:00 but no other RF signals appears to be correlated with earthquake event.

Induction coil, hourly strips, 6174281 event marked with white arrow. Schumann Resonances on left part. The same two strong wide band noises of local origins precedes the earthquake. Wind shakes the coil after 10:00 but no others RF signals appear to be correlated with earthquake event.

Induction coil,
6174281 event marked with white arrow. First Schumann Resonance marked on left part, SRS in the morning of the earthquake. No RF signals correlated with earthquake event.

Boltek, static electric field weekly plot,
6174281 event marked with vertical orange line. No amplitude anomalies correlated with earthquake event.

Here below the first reason because we know that those strange wide bands of noise doesn't come from earthquake area but their origin is pretty local. Let's go to analyse with Sonic Visualizer the first source file, those one coming from
NORTHERN CROSS RADIOTELESCOPE From Medicina. The file contains geophone trace and induction coil signal.

6174281 event is marked with vertical red line. Wide band noise are evidenced with green tone, inside the red dotted rectangle. They find a match on geophone reception! It means that the signal was originated very close to the monitoring location. On the geophone reception also a
cyclical traces appear, first of the strange signal. In all probability they belong to an agricultural vehicle: he is doing the work in the neighboring land.

But to have a confirm for this let's see what has been received by Sogliano
station, which it is located just 75 km farther. In accordance with the known theories of the propagation at very low frequencies (see the explanation in the chapter where we talk of radio seismic index) if the broadband noise had its origin in the earthquake area, Sogliano Station will receive the same signal of Medicine, but attenuated by 11 dB. Let's see what happens instead.

Monitoring St. 04 - ROMAGNA OBSERVATORY From Sogliano al Rubicone (FC), N Italy.

Induction coil,
6174281 event marked with white arrow. Schumann Resonances marked on right part. No evidence of the noise received from the station of Medicine, a sure sign that its origin is not in the earthquake. Another strange noise that begins shortly before the earthquake and continues even after, it also locally sourced. No RF signals correlated with earthquake event.

Induction coil, daily strips,
6174281 event marked with white arrow. First Schumann Resonance marked on left part and many SRS during the night hours. No RF signals correlated with earthquake event.

Sogliano source file, analyzed with Sonic Visualizer
6174281, event marked with red vertical line. Schumann Resonances on left part. In the middle graph the detail of strange noise of local origin that begins shortly before the earthquake and continues even after. No RF signals correlated with earthquake event.
