Opera 2015 - Magnetic
Pulsation 015
PC1 pulsation, starting from 2015 August 29 18:00
A pulsation with anomalous feature: it occurred only at low
latitudes, and it was recorded from any station in our network
while observers in northern Europe not revealed it. Also time is
quite unusual: the pulses at mid-latitudes are mainly nocturnal
while this one began in full daylight.

The strong geomagnetic activity was propitious. The PC1 time is
evidenced in purple oval, on right bottom.

IK1QFK CUMIANA (TO), NW Italy
Two orthogonal ICS101 induction coils, first and strong part
of PC1 pulsation evidenced in white oval. Schumann Resonances on
right partmany train passing 5 km away, and . Magnetic pulsations
colors are basically blu/light blue: this indicates a dominance of
the north/nort-wes component.

Induction
coil, first part of PC1 pulsation evidenced in
littlewhite oval. Schumann Resonances on right part.
Microphonic signals caused by coil shaking by
wind.

orthogonal ICS101 induction coils, NS component on
top, EW on the bottom. PC1 pulsation evidenced in red
oval. Also this graph shows the primary component of
pulsation in NS direction.
